Jack Haggerty, Architect works on all phases of a project: assisting clients in defining and clarifying the scope and nature of the work; the initial design and the refinement of it through client feedback; the preparation of construction documents and specifications; project budget consultation; guidance in the municipal approval process for commercial and

institutional work; contractor selection and project coordination and liaison during construction, through completion. Jack is a United States Green Building Council member and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional since 2004. 

Jack Haggerty, Architect has designed a wide variety of building types, from offices to retail to restaurants, from residential additions to multifamily projects. He has extensive experience with the land use permit process in the Town of Carrboro, and for any project can readily assemble a team of consultants as required (surveying, civil and structural engineering, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering.)
